SHIPPING
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm EST excluding holidays within 2 business days after placing an order, unless otherwise stated above the "add to cart" button. UPS orders are delivered only on business days.
Please check the chart for available delivery options and and times for domestic and international shipments. Shipping prices are calculated based on the destination address.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer free returns/exchanges within the US. Shipping costs are covered by the customer for international returns. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order delivery for all qualifying items. Returned merchandise must be in new, original condition and packaging.
Should you wish to return your watch, please send an email to info@themonarchic.com and provide the following:

Please note that we accept returns for products purchased through themonarchic.com only that are in original condition (unworn, with original packaging, and any removed links included). Any gift with purchase items must also be returned; in the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may apply.
If signs of wear or alterations are evident, MONARCHIC® reserves the right to send back the merchandise and decline the refund or exchange request. Please CONTACT US to start a return/exchange.
Once we receive your return and determine that it complies with our returns policy, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed and additional 1-10 business days for your payment provider to post the refund to your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
