Monarchic® cares about all of our customers and is committed to facilitating and improving the accessibility and usability of its website, www.themonarchic.com (the "Website") ensuring that our Website services and content are accessible to persons with disabilities including, but not limited to users of screen reader technology. To that end we have engaged the services of professionals to assist and advise us in these matters. To accomplish this, Monarchic® has partnered with On The Map Marketing ("On The Map Marketing"), a leading web accessibility consultant, by implementing its technology that will enable and maintain accessibility in-line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), which also bring the Website into conformance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Our website provides several methods, features, and policies that can help with access to our website and/or to products or services provided or referred to on our website or by our business. There are also various aids available by third parties and which are provided by most browsers.The accessibility improvement work is currently in Phase 1 of its implementation, when testing is performed both with automatic accessibility testing tools and users of screen readers to identify issues that require remediation. Remediation will be applied to the Website via an easy to find "Accessibility" link and widget button on bottom left to ensure equal access to all features and functions.
