Monarchic® Return Policy

We offer two return options:

Preference-Based Returns
• Request within 15 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unused, with all protective films & original packaging
• Customer pays return shipping

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
• Must report within 7 days of delivery
• Photos + video required for approval
• If approved, we provide a prepaid return label

Important:
• All returns must be approved before sending
• Items are inspected before refunds are issued
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• No direct exchanges (return & repurchase)

EU Customers:
Orders shipped to the EU are eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with consumer protection laws.
