ORDERS

How do presales work?

We offer a discounted price for our new collections that are still in development and take longer than usual to be delivered.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order. Once your package has shipped, we can't make any further changes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If you haven't received an email, please contact us and we will resend you the tracking information.

What should I do if my tracking number is not working?

New tracking numbers usually take about 24 hours to activate from the time you receive your shipping confirmation. If it's been more than 24 hours and your tracking number still isn't working, contact us and we'll help ensure you get your package!

Will I receive a confirmation email after placing an order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after placing an order on themonarchic.com

If the confirmation email cannot be found in your inbox or spam folder, please contact us with the full name, address, and email address you used in order to place your order and we will send you a new email.

 

SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

When will you ship my order?

We ship Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm EST excluding holidays within 2 business days after placing an order. For full details please check Shipping & Returns page to get more information.

Do you ship Internationally?

We ship our products to anywhere that has an address or P.O box. For International orders, shipping rates will be provided at checkout, but do not include potential charges from customs. Your local government may also charge VAT and/or customs duties. Our support team is happy to address any questions you have. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

Customs and/or duties are not charged by Monarchic® during checkout. Your local government may charge VAT and/or customs duties.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days. Please note that items returned within 15 days can be refunded to the original payment method or store credit will be offered.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from themonarchic.com Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable.

When will I get my refund?

You should receive your refund within 2 weeks after we've received your returned items.

Can I return an item I purchased on sale?

Unfortunately, all sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. Keep in mind that products on sale are still covered by our warranty.

Who covers the cost of returns?

We offer free returns for all qualifying orders. All returns and exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of original purchase.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged or incomplete?

We are here to make things right for you. We kindly ask you to Contact Us before returning your parcel. Please include the following information in your email:

- your order number

- your shipping address

- pictures of the defective/damaged/incomplete product(s)

 

WARRANTY AND CARE

Are Monarchic® watches covered by warranty?

Yes, we offer 18 months limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, we will repair or replace your product for free. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental damage, scratches or theft.

How do I replace the batteries?

All of our watch batteries can be found at any electronic store, as well as most watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery yourself, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.

How do I adjust the strap length?

For mesh straps when the clasp is opened, you can see a little arrow shaped opening in the middle part. You can flick that part up by inserting a small, flat object in that opening. After it is open, you can move that part of the clasp up or down the strap. Please be aware of the little indentations on the back of the strap. Once you have reached the correct spot, all you have to do is click that part of the clasp shut.

For all other adjustable straps we highly recommend taking the watch to a watch repair or jewelry shop, as the strap adjustments require special tools.

 

WATCH SPECIFICATIONS

What type of movement is used?

Monarchic® uses high quality Quartz Movement.

What is the glass of the watches made of?

The glass we use for Monarchic® watches is made of hardened mineral crystal.

What type of batteries are used?

Our movements require SONY SR626SW batteries and/or similar.

Are Monarchic® watches water resistant?

Monarchic® watches are 3ATM water resistant. This means that the watches can endure water splashes from washing your hands or briefly being caught in the rain. However Monarchic® watches should not be submerged into water (not suitable for showering, swimming and other water related activities). Please note that watches can also be influenced by water vapor and condensation caused by warm environments or conditions. Please avoid all contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty. 

Monarchic® watches should not be exposed to chemical substances such as perfume, cosmetics and cleaning products.

 

OTHER

Can I use a promo code on all products?

Every promo code has specific terms. Promo codes are not accepted for products on sale and nor any discounts will apply to already marked down products.
