Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes - Monarchic® ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to custom duties, taxes, and fees which are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping rates calculate at checkout.
Are duties or customs included?
A: No. Import duties, taxes and custom fees are not included and must be paid by the recipient as required by their country.
What if my order shows delivered but I didn't receive it?
A: Check with neighbors, building offices, parcel lockers, or delivery photo. If still missing, contact the carrier first, then email us - we'll assist where possible.
Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive and email with tracking information.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Do Monarchic® watches come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Monarchic® watches include a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

What does the warranty cover?
A: The warranty covers defects related to movement, dial and hands under normal wear conditions.
What is not covered under warranty?
A: Normal wear and tear, battery replacement, accidental damage, water damage beyond stated resistance, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
A: Please contact support@themonarchic.com with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a description of the concern.
How should I care for my watch?
A: Wipe with soft microfiber cloth. Avoid extreme temperatures, moisture beyond water-resistance limits, and impact. Avoid lotion, perfume & oils directly on strap. Store your watch in a dry place when not in use or in its original box when possible.

Are the straps adjustable?
A: Yes. Mesh, link and chain bracelets can be adjusted for fit. We recommend professional adjustment for best results.
