Monarchic® Returns & Refund Policy

This policy establishes conditions under which returns, inspections, and refunds may be processed by Monarchic®.

1. Return Timelines

Monarchic® offers two return windows:

A. Preference-Based Returns (Style/Unwanted Gift)

Must be requested within 15 days of delivery.                                                              Customer is responsible for return shipping.

B. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Returns

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.                                                              If approved, Monarchic® will provide a prepaid return label.                                        Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of approval.


2. Eligibility Requirements (All Returns)

Returns must be requested within the applicable return window and approved before being sent back.  All returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with protective films and original packaging intact.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • All protective films intact
  • No scratches, wear marks, or handling damage
  • Returned with all original packaging (box, inserts, booklets)
  • Securely packed to prevent transit damage
  • Shipped back within 7 days of label issuance (domestic)

All returns are subject to inspection before approval.  Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Monarchic® reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

3. Domestic U.S. Returns

Preference-Based Returns (15 Days)

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund issued after inspection confirms condition

Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item (7-Day Report / 30-Day Return)

  • Must report defect within 7 days of delivery
  • Submit clear photos + video of:
    • The Watch
    • Packaging
    • Protective films
    • The issue/defect
  • If approved, Monarchic® provides a prepaid return label
  • Refund issued after inspection confirms defect

Eligible domestic returns may be refunded to the original payment method once received and inspected.                                                                                                                        Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. International Returns

International shipping costs, duties, taxes, and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Original shipping fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

Preference-Based Returns (15 Days)

Accepted only if item is unworn and customer pays:

  • Return shipping
  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Custom fees

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspection confirms condition.

Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item (7-Day Report / 30-Day Return)

Accepted when claim is submitted within 7 days with:

  • Photos + video evidence
  • Packaging verification
  • Confirmation protective film is intact

Refund issued after inspection confirms defect.


Important for International Customers

Refused, Unclaimed, or Abandoned Shipments

Orders returned due to refused delivery, unpaid duties or taxes, unclaimed shipments, or abandonment, are not eligible for refunds, including for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Any fees incurred by carriers or customs authorities will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the stated timeframe and provide photos or video documentation.

For international orders, return shipping, duties, and customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer.  Resolution options may include replacement, partial refund, or store credit at Monarchic®'s discretion.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn, unused
  • Protective films must remain intact
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required

Customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping
  • Duties & taxes
  • Customs fees

Refunds are issued only after inspection confirms condition.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Inspection Requirement (All Returns)

Refunds are not issued until the item is received and inspected.                                    Returns may be rejected or partially refunded if: 

  • Protective films removed
  • Visible wear or scratches present 
  • Missing packaging components
  • Signs of use or alteration detected
  • Return label not used within 7 days

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Gift cards (see Gift Cards terms)
  • Final sale items
  • Worn or used items
  • Items missing original packaging or protective films

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund unless deemed defective.  Discounted items remain eligible for return if all standard return conditions are met.


7. Refunds

  • Refunded to original payment method only
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

8. Exchanges

To ensure availability, Monarchic® does not process direct exchanges.                      Customers may return eligible items and place a new order separately.
