Welcome to Monarchic® Shipping Information. This page outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped and delivered. Our goal is to provide a seamless and transparent experience from checkout to arrival.

1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Processing Time:
- Standard orders: 1-2 business days
- High-volume periods (Black Friday / holidays): 2-4 business days
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. U.S. Domestic Shipping
Monarchic® proudly offers fast, reliable U.S. shipping through:
- USPS (United States Postal Service
- UPS
- FedEx (premium or express service option)
Shipping Options
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $75+
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Priority Mail Shipping (1-3 business days): Paid upgrade at checkout
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): When available
Note:
Shipping timelines begin once the package is scanned by the carrier.
3. International Shipping
Monarchic® ships worldwide. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates, shipping through:
- DHL
- UPS Worldwide

Duties, Taxes and Custom Fees
For all international shipments:
- Import duties
- Customs taxes
- VAT
- Brokerage fees
- Local postal service fees
are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges vary by country and are determined by your region's customs office. Monarchic® has no control over these fees and cannot adjust or estimate them in advance.
Custom Clearance Delays
Customs inspections may cause delays outside of our control. If customs delays occur, Monarchic® cannot expedite or control the release process. If your order is held by customs, please contact your local customs office for assistance.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard International: 7-14 business days
- Expedited International: 4-7 business days
- Express International: 2-5 business days
Estimated standard destination delivery timelines:
- Canada: 7-12 business days
- UK/Europe: 7-14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days
- Middle East: 10-20 business days
- Asia: 10-21 business days
- South America & Africa: 12-25 business days
Delivery estimates exclude customs processing time, which varies by country.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You can track your shipment through:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL (when applicable)
If your tracking does not update immediately, carriers may require 24-48 hours after label creation.

5. Pre-Orders
For limited releases or special collections:
- Estimated shipping dates will be shown on the product page.
- If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.
- You will receive tracking updates for each shipment.
6. Signature Requirements
Domestic Orders (USA)
For security, certain high-value domestic orders may require a signature upon delivery. If your order qualifies, this will be noted in your shipping confirmation email.
International Orders
Some international shipments may require a signature depending on:
- Country
- Carrier
- Local postal requirements
- Declared value
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking and coordinating pickup from their local carrier when needed.
If a package is returned to Monarchic® due to missed delivery attempts or unclaimed custom fees, a reshipment fee may apply.
7. Shipping Address Changes
To ensure fast processing, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@themonarchic.com
Monarchic® is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be. Here's how we can handle them:
Lost Packages
If your package show now movement for 7+ business days, contact us so we can help file a carrier claim.
Stolen Packages (Marked Delivered but Not Received)
For security reasons, Monarchic® is not responsible for packages marked delivered. We advise checking:
- Mailbox
- Front desk/concierge
- Neighbors
- Building management
- Delivery photos (if provided by carrier)
You may also file a claim with USPS/UPS/FedEx directly.
Note:
Monarchic® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages not insured or secured.
To protect your order, we strongly recommend:
- Signature confirmation
- Shipping to a secure address
Delayed Packages
Carrier delays may occur, especially during holidays or severe weather. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite carrier delivery once the package is in transit.
9. Holiday Shipping (November-December High Volume)
During the holiday season:
- Processing times may extend to 2-4 business days
- Carriers may experience seasonal delays
- For guaranteed gift arrival, we recommend placing orders early
Special holiday shipping cutoffs will be posted on our site.
